MADESSER LLC dba Madesser Limousine Service enforces a Zero Tolerance Policy for Intoxicating Substances to promote and protect public safety. Madesser Limousine Service absolutely does not tolerate the use of alcohol or drugs by drivers and operators. Hence, no possession or consumption of alcohol, illegal drugs or other intoxicating substances is allowed. while driving. We conduct unannounced random and post-accident drug and alcohol testing.

We valued our clients and understand that individuals have various needs. However, we are bound to abide by State law and local ordinances. Furthermore, our employees and other clients have a right to a smoke-free environment.  Hence, no smoking is allowed in any of our vehicles.. Any  violator of this policy will be immediately ejected without refund of fares paid.

We urge clients to call 972-834-7654 one hour before schedule. We cannot guarantee refunds for failure to adhere to this policy
