Zero tolerance policy for intoxicating substances

MADESSER LLC dba Madesser Limousine Service enforces a Zero Tolerance Policy for Intoxicating Substances to promote and protect public safety. Madesser Limousine Service absolutely does not tolerate the use of alcohol or drugs by drivers and operators. Hence, no possession or consumption of alcohol, illegal drugs or other intoxicating substances is allowed. 

The use of or being under the influence of illegal drugs and/or alcohol is inconsistent
with the behavior expected of drivers, operators and employees. Madesser Limousine Service’s drivers, operators and employees must not use illegal drugs and alcohol or misuse prescriptions and over the counter drugs as such unacceptable behavior presents safety risks that undermine the Company’s ability to operate safely, effectively and efficiently. While working for Madesser Limousine Service, the use, possession, distribution or sale of controlled substances such as drugs or alcohol, being under the influence of such intoxicating controlled substances (drugs and alcohol) or testing positive for alcohol or any drug including, but not limited to, inactive components or metabolites associated with the use of such drugs is strictly prohibited. Violators of the Madesser Limousine Services’s Zero Tolerance Policy for Intoxicating Substances are subject to termination and the Company also reserves the right to pursue other legal remedies.

Madesser Limousine Service participates in unannounced random and post-accident drug and alcohol testing. If an accident happens on the job you will be expected to participate in a drug and alcohol test immediately in and expeditious manner.
